Facebook Now Allows You To Type HIndi Words Using English
Facebook is making its services better for the Indian users. The company has today launched a very special feature for its Hindi speaking audience. The social networking giant now allows its users to write posts and comments in Hindi using English characters. Which in simple words mean that you can just type what you want to be written in Hindi and Facebook will automatically convert the English characters to Hindi. Like for example you can just write “Kya baat hai” and Facebook will automatically write it in hindi for you.
Currently this Hindi writing feature is only available on Facebook’s official Android app. But the company will definitely bring it to the desktop too. Unfortunately we don’t know when. Anyways, for those who want to give it a try, you can enable the Hindi editor option by going to the app setting page. After doing that you will notice a new button on the bar, which will automatically transliterate your Roman characters into Hindi words.
Thanks to this, now anyone can write anything in Hindi on Facebook without the need of downloading any third party keyboard app.
To use this feature you will need the latest version of Facebook's Android app. You can download the latest version from the Google Play Store.
