Google has released Android 16 Beta 2 with new camera features aimed at enhancing the smartphone photography experience and improving overall device performance.
The latest version of Android comes with Advanced Photography Controls and other minor improvements. For manual photography lovers, the new update offers more control over ISO and exposure time. These adjustments let users fine-tune their shots while still relying on the camera’s auto-exposure system for optimal results.
Additionally, users can now adjust white balance with more precision. The Android 16 Beta 2 offers color temperature and tint controls for more accurate and customizable shots in various lighting environments.

The Beta 2 has also enabled support for HEIC-encoded Ultra HDR images, allowing users to capture high-quality images while saving storage space. The update also brings improvements to motion photo capabilities, making it easier for users to capture moments in action without complex steps.
Other improvements include performance upgrades, security and privacy changes and other minor updates.
