Huawei’s trifold Mate XT, the triple folding smartphone, which was launched in 2024 in China, will now be on sale outside China. The phone is now available in Malaysia.
The Huawei Mate XT is one of the first smartphones to feature a trifold display. Unlike conventional foldable phones, which typically have a single fold, the Mate XT has a unique three-part folding screen. This provides users with an expansive 10.2-inch tablet-like display when fully unfolded, and a compact, pocket-friendly 6.4-inch size when folded. The phone is unbelievably thin.
This triple folding smartphone comes with a 50MP main camera and 12MP ultrawide front facing camera. Powered by Huawei ‘s own chipset, the Mate XT runs on EMUI 4.2 and comes without Google Play services.

The Huawei Trifold Mate XT is priced at €3,499 (about $3,660, Rs. 3,18,013). We don’t if or when will it go on sale in India.
